Rubber Duckie Race
The Collingwood Progress Club is hosting the First Annual Rubber Duckie Race on Monday Sept 6th, 2010 at 2:00pm. Duckies will be individually numbered and released at the Hume St. Bridge to swim down the Pretty River and end at the Pretty River Parkway bridge. 2000 ducks are up for adoption. First prize is $1,000, second is $500 and third prize is $250. Call the G&M Hospital Foundation Office today to adopt your duck for only $5.00 each (705) 444-8645. Proceeds from this event will be donated to the G&M Hospital and Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Georgian Bay

Join the G&M Hospital Doctors, Nurses, staff and community members who are participating in the Wasaga Beach Triathlon on Saturday 11, 2010 and raising funds to help purchase equipment for our new Endoscopy Suite.There is something for everyone from Give-It-A-Try for the weekend warrior, the duathlon and sprint for the serious and the Olympic for the hard core. You can participate as an individual or part of a team for all levels.
